Amazing 12000 sqft home set in over an acre plot on the Kingswood estate with indoor pool, gym and leisure area

A secluded home tucked away in this prestigious surrey estate. This home was tired, dated and unloved when we were appointed by the new owners to provide a complete back to bare brick refurbishment of the entire property. Stone and timber floors new elegant balustrading and experimental finishes gave this project a really polished and classy appearance. This project was done at pace due to the clients need to occupy as soon as they could so planning and quick decision making were key without sacrificing the quality and aesthetics.

Bespoke double doors to the front of this home were finished in a bronze metallic liquid metal to blend with the internal ironmongery, light fittings and balustrade, our client knew what they wanted to achieve so we had to deliver.

Green Lane

This family home needed expansion and updating for our client, while we were appointed post planning we provided a full design team to ensure that we maximised spaces and worked through interior design. Several options for the externals including a potential swimming pool were explored but a decision to proceed without and leave as a potential for the future
A cosy family home ticking all the boxes for life with growing children.
In the renowned village of Cobham this property has a cottage like charm in a sea of mock Georgian properties which dominate the area. A requirement which was hugely important to the family.

Mollstone Wood, Oxted

Historical and period externals with elegant and modern internals keeping a sympathetic coherence between the two.
Mollstone wood was part of the Titsey Estate who sold the plot to a local celebrity musician Miss Beatrice Harrison. Planning was granted to build the new home in 1933 and was built to mimic a property of older age. We were tasked by our client to completely refurbish along with extending and altering the property which had been in their ownership for over 20 years. The design and finish complements the quirky exterior along with completely reshaping and designing the vast gardens, garaging and pool area.

With over 6 acres completely reshaped we had to design and retain ground water due to the topography of the site. We used specialists designs along with land drainage and attenuation ponds to ensure minimal impact to the water course while delivering the updated lawns and paved areas.
